Amy Prueger focuses on appellate, commercial, and regulatory litigation. Having clerked for the Texas Supreme Court and worked in large and specialty-practice law firms, she has vast experience representing clients in business disputes and protecting them in the event of appeal. She is also experienced in arguing cases in state courts of appeals, as well as the Texas Supreme Court, and has handled complex arbitrations from the initial filing of the complaint through post-hearing matters.

Daniel Olds represents public and private entities in a wide variety of litigation from its inception through the appellate process. He has extensive experience advocating for clients in both state and federal courts. Daniel’s experience includes litigating commercial disputes, constitutional issues, employment claims, and issues involving sovereign and governmental immunity. He also has appellate experience includes litigating cases in almost every Texas intermediate appellate courts, as well as the Texas Supreme Court. He is a former briefing attorney for a Texas intermediate appellate court, giving him unique insight into the appellate process in Texas.

Elizabeth Griffin helps clients in a variety of industries resolve commercial disputes and appeals in every step of the litigation process, focusing on procedural and complex liability issues.
